1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk68io ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), accessible at https://pk68io.cam (the "Site").

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the pk68io Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Site.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Verification Requirements

Following registration, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before your account is fully activated or before any withdrawal request is processed. 5 Platform Use & Conduct

By using the pk68io Site, you agree to the following conduct standards:

• You will use the platform solely for its intended purpose as an information and entertainment service.
• You will not attempt to scrape, crawl, copy or systematically extract Content from the Site without prior written authorisation.
• You will not use automated bots, scripts or other tools to access or interact with the platform in a manner that circumvents normal user access.
• You will not engage in any form of fraud, collusion, manipulation of game outcomes, or any activity that disrupts the integrity of the platform or its users.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technical component of the platform.

6 Intellectual Property

All Content on the pk68io platform — including text, graphics, user interfaces, design elements, logos and editorial material — is the intellectual property of pk68io or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without express written permission from pk68io.

Any unauthorised use of pk68io's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

7 Deposits & Payments

All deposit transactions on the platform are subject to the operator's current payment terms, applicable minimum and maximum limits, and compliance with KYC/AML requirements. The following conditions apply:

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Wagering / Rollover requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30×) before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The exact multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet during bonus: A maximum stake per bet or spin (e.g., PKR 1,000) typically applies while a bonus is active. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live dealer, table games or sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire after a stated period (e.g., 7 or 30 days). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum cash-out: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out limit (e.g., PKR 25,000). Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account balance.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any time, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

pk68io maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploitation of bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or structured betting patterns designed to reduce wagering risk with bonus funds. Detected abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings and potential account closure.

10 Responsible Gambling

pk68io is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of platform operation. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits within their account settings to help manage spend.

• Suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Creation or use of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Suspected abuse of bonuses, promotions or platform features.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive or law-enforcement instruction requiring account suspension or disclosure of account data.

In the event of account termination for cause, pk68io reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Account closures for non-breach reasons (e.g., user-requested closure or self-exclusion) will be processed in accordance with the operator's applicable account closure policy.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
